Make sure that the information you submit is accurate and correct as

reported on your

credit report. Any non-posting tradelines due to inaccurate or incomplete information will

not be refunded nor replaced.

Tradelines usually post for 30–90 days depending on the option you select and can take

anywhere from 7 to 14 days after the statement date to post.

All sales are final.

The only situation where a tradeline will be replaced is if we cannot provide you with a

screenshot as proof that you were added. If the first replacement doesn’t work, we will

send you a second one. If the tradeline still doesn’t show up after the second replacement,

it likely means there is a problem with your credit profile. At that point, we will not offer

any more replacements. This rule applies to all credit reports.

• IMPORTANT! Why We Can’t Guarantee All 3 Bureaus:

Tradelines post by matching the information you provide with the information already on

your credit file.

If a tradeline posts to one bureau but not the others, the issue is not the tradeline itself

— it’s with inconsistencies in your credit profile across the bureaus. (If the tradeline was

the issue, it wouldn’t post to any bureau.)

In this case, we strongly recommend seeking credit repair services, as this is a sign that

your credit reports are not congruent, which is beyond our control.
